As an Account Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Managing assigned client accounts from different industries and sizes
• Researching customer businesses and conducting discovery calls
• Building strong, long-term relationships through regular communication
• Proactive check ins based on buying patterns and account activity
• Preparing quotes, upselling relevant products and maintaining the CRM
We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience…
• Ideally 1-2 years’ experience as an Account Manager or similar
• Proven phone-based sales or outbound calling experience
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude and personal drive
• Ability to think on your feet and spot opportunities
• Background in construction, distribution, hire or merchant areas is desirable
• Experience selling physical products, e.g. packaging or equipment, is desirable
In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of £29,000 to £34,000, plus a £6,000 commission, plus the following benefits…
