Who we are: The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity based in Brighton & Hove and the wider Sussex community that has been working with people with a Learning Disability and autistic people since 1898. Our mission is to work towards being led by people with Learning Disabilities and autistic people to deliver high-quality housing, support and activities in their local communities. Introduction to the role: We are looking for a detailed-focused Payroll Coordinator to join our people Team and play a key role in ensuring staff across the organisation are paid accurately and on time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes and wants to make a meaningful impact across our People, Finance, and operational functions.
Brief outline of the role: The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, pension administration, and key financial operations such as expenses and company credit card management. Working closely with staff across People, Finance, and our frontline services, the role ensures high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.
You will be the main point of contact for payroll queries, support internal and external reporting, and contribute to maintaining fully compliant financial and payroll systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong working relationships, and developing efficient and reliable processes.
