Summary

We're looking for a Senior Agent to join our team based in Plymouth.Location: Plymouth Hours: 45 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agent to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our project operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders whilst ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Agent, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in delivering successful outcomes for our clients. Your day to day will include:

-Acting as the key point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, fostering positive working relationships

-Supporting contract administration and monitoring compliance with project requirements and deadlines

-Coordinating site activities, inspections, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery

-Preparing reports and documentation to track project progress and address any issues

-Collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Agent is great for you if:

-You have proven experience in construction site administration, contract management, or project coordination

-You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships

-You're detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong documentation abilities

-You hold a relevant qualification (Management qualification/NVQ L3/HNC/Degree) and SSSTS/SMSTS

-You work effectively under pressure, remain focused on deadlines, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams
