Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Manage risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
• Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field
