ROLE: Construction Project ManagerHOURS: 37.5 Hours Per WeekLOCATION: Swansea

Role Responsibilities:
-Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring each phase is executed to the highest professional standards.
-Oversee strict compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and health and safety legislation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
-Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, establishing clear communication to maintain quality and ensure timely project delivery.
-Facilitate regular progress meetings and workshops, resolving issues swiftly and driving collaborative working.
-Oversee project programmes, budgets, documentation, change control and risk registers to ensure alignment with objectives and client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
-Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
-Knowledge of NEC contracts and understanding of CDM Regulations.
-SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH (or working towards).
-Construction‑related qualification desirable.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with the ability to achieve SC level security clearance.
