Summary

About the Role and our Ideal Candidate
You will support funded provision courses at Kingston Adult Education and be a first point of call for learner communication.

You will be expected to:

Provide excellent customer service to service users and members of the public.
Monitor, follow up, track and liaise with learners and tutors about course attendance.
Provide information and answer queries from the main phone line and via digital correspondence.
Cover front line/reception duties, participate in intakes, document checks and enrolment session, class visits and exam invigilation.
Ensure that all relevant learner information and documentation is recorded and retained following department procedures.
Use the MIS system according to the role needs and expectations.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative member of staff to support our learners throughout their learning journey.

You should have considerable experience in customer service or educational delivery, handling confidential data and sensitive information, working with digital tools and systems. You should be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. You should be able to work successfully with key stakeholders, including colleagues, tutors, learners and members of the public.

You will join the KAE Curriculum Support team, working with the Curriculum Support Lead, liaising and collaborating closely with our Curriculum Leads and the MIS team, to support Academic Provision learners' successful progression on their courses and their achievement.
