Are you passionate about delivering great service and looking to kick-start your career in hospitality? We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our front of house team as an Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn while you earn, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, while working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Food & Beverage Apprenticeship.

About the Role:
• Greeting and welcoming guests, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and delivering excellent table service
• Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the front of house area
• Supporting the team with bookings, payments, and general day-to-day duties
• Learning key hospitality and customer service skills from an experienced team
• Contributing to a positive, safe, and team-focused working environment

• Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete Food & Beverage Level 2.
• Regular mentoring and support from qualified chefs
• Industry-recognised Level 2 Food & Beverage qualification upon successful completion.
• Hands on experience in a busy kitchen.

Desirable Qualifications

Maths and English grade 4/C or above

A genuine interest in hospitality and providing excellent guest experiences
• A friendly, confident, and approachable manner
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• No previous front of house experience required – just enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic

30 hours per week - hours and salary tbc upon interview
