What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading, developing, and refining the school’s SEND strategy and ethos
• Coordinating EHC plans, multi-agency interventions, and robust SEN assessments
• Empowering teachers and support staff through targeted SEN coaching and CPD
• Driving whole-school inclusion, adapting curriculum, and ensuring compliance
• Building trusted relationships with parents, carers, and external partners
• Monitoring and evaluating SEN progress data to accelerate pupil achievement

Ideal SENDCO for this Tower Hamlets School:
• UK-trained teacher with substantial, demonstrable SEND expertise
• QTS essential; NASENCO qualification highly desirable
