About the Role
As a Class Teacher at Alfred Sutton, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the needs of all pupils. You will:
• Plan and teach engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum and Foundation Stage standards
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment where pupils feel supported and inspired
• Contribute actively to school development priorities, helping us meet ambitious targets for pupil progress and wellbeing
• Uphold and model high professional standards and conduct
• Embrace opportunities for your own professional growth and take part in the wider life of the school community

About You
You will be a qualified teacher with a strong track record of delivering quality first teaching, ideally with experience in diverse school settings. You believe passionately that every pupil can succeed and are skilled at using assessment and data to support progress.
