The group brings together The Pharmacist Network (TPN), MORPh, and MORPh Clinical Services (MCS), combining workforce, education, and clinical service delivery to create one of the most connected pharmacy-led platforms in UK primary care. This role sits primarily within MORPh and MORPh Clinical Services. MORPh delivers high-quality pharmaceutical education through face-to-face events, webinars, masterclasses, and sponsored educational programmes. MORPh Clinical Services works directly with GP practices and Primary Care Networks to deliver medication optimisation, therapy reviews, and wider clinical support services. We are at an exciting stage of growth and transformation, with continued investment in our infrastructure, systems, and people to support our expanding national footprint. This role offers the opportunity to be at the centre of that journey, contributing to both operational delivery and future development. THE ROLE This is a senior clinical leadership role with real breadth. You will own the clinical and educational heart of the business leading our Neighbourhood Education Lead network, building our content library, driving speaker relationships, and shaping the educational programmes we develop and deliver. At the same time, you will have a direct commercial seat at the table working with pharmaceutical partners, contributing to business development, and translating clinical expertise into structured programmes that extend the reach and impact of your work. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and lead one direct report. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership and Content Build and maintain a centralised CPD-accredited content library pre-loaded modules, slides, and interactive activities that form the backbone of our event programme Create event agendas centrally, ensuring clinical quality, educational integrity, and relevance to our delegate audience Lead on educational content and blog development recruiting writers, developing briefs, QA, and managing pharma approval Ensure all educational outputs meet CPD, ABPI, and regulatory standards Act as the primary contact with the CPD accreditation body managing all submissions and ongoing liaison Neighbourhood Education Lead Network Leadership Own the Neighbourhood Education Lead (NEL) relationship at a senior level responsible for recruitment, onboarding, group meetings, governance, and quality assurance across all NEL activity Provide NELs with the content, tools, and frameworks they need to operate as facilitators and brand ambassadors Build and maintain strong individual relationships across a network of approximately 40 NELs nationally Speaker Management and Faculty Development Identify, vet, and develop a high-quality national speaker faculty Conduct virtual review meetings with speakers ahead of bookings Review speaker presentations for clinical neutrality and alignment with event objectives Stakeholder Engagement Contribute directly to business development writing masterclass agendas, providing clinical insight for BD conversations, and attending sponsor meetings as the clinical voice Build and maintain strong working relationships with pharmaceutical partners ensuring alignment between sponsor objectives and educational integrity Act as the senior clinical contact for toolkit and masterclass projects once live Programme and Academy Development Lead the development of a portfolio of training programmes, including: New to Primary Care Pharmacy Technicians Foundation Pharmacists Early Career Pharmacists New to Prescribing Pathway Lead the development of specialist academies including a Leadership Academy, Pharmacy Technicians Academy, and Early Careers Pharmacists Academy Morph Clinical Services Provide clinical oversight and leadership across MCS activity supporting GP surgeries with medication optimisation and therapy review programmes Ensure consistency and quality across MCS delivery
