IntroductionOur client is seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join their Internal Support team. Reporting to the Department Team Lead, this role involves providing efficient administrative support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties:-
Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.

Assisting with delivery tracking, stock availability, and lead times.

Managing customer returns and processing credit notes.

Supporting Non-Conformance Reporting.

Assisting with quotations, sales and purchase order processing.

Processing customer payments.
-
Managing the department inbox.

Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.

Previous administrative experience.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Good attention to detail and numeracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

23 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 28 with service).
