Summary
Religious Worker
Rebuilding Christian Foundation Church CIO seeks a dedicated Religious Worker to assist in carrying out the Church’s day-to-day spiritual, and community activities under the supervision of the Minister of Religion and Senior Pastor.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Minister of Religion and church leadership during worship services, prayer meetings, and Bible studies
Assisting in outreach, and faith-based community engagement activities
Helping to coordinate youth, family, and community programmes
Visiting church members and community beneficiaries to offer prayer, encouragement, and pastoral support
Supporting the delivery of charitable and outreach activities in line with the Church’s mission
Requirements:
A clear commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of Rebuilding Christian Foundation Church CIO
Previous experience in church ministry, evangelism, pastoral support, or community outreach (preferred but not essential)
Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, in line with church activities
