Summary


To support individuals referred to secondary mental health services for assessment or ongoing care. To demonstrate the Trust values of inspiring hope, working together, to be caring and compassionate, to value and respect others/ourselves and to be open and honest. As a qualified Social Worker, you will demonstrate and live the Professional Standards as identified by Social Work England.

Your post will include working with individuals using research-based interventions to promote their independence and recovery whilst maintaining high quality clinical documentation. This includes respecting individuality, values, cultures and religious diversity of clients and colleagues and thus contributing to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
