Summary

HHair by Zindzi is looking for a Customer Complaints Specialist who cares about people and wants to give a great customer experience while protecting the brand.

This role is ideal for someone calm, organised, and able to turn a negative situation into a positive one.

What you will do:

* Be the main contact for customer concerns about orders, services, and enquiries
* Handle complaints in a fair, calm, and professional way
* Look into issues and work with the team to find simple solutions
* Write clear replies while keeping customer information safe

What we are looking for:

* A calm, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
* Able to handle sensitive situations and stay professional
* Organised and able to manage more than one task at a time
* Comfortable using a computer, including systems like Excel and order tracking, and must have access to a laptop/computer and a mobile phone
* Must have the right to work in the UK
