Job description We are looking for someone to join our team and serve one of our clients properties based in Stallingborough. Laporte Rd, Stallingborough, Grimsby DN40 2PR The premises is a small building which is a control room area (PX Limited) based on the Tronox Site
The area consists of toilets, changing rooms, kitchen, offices, a meeting room and porta cabins.
This role is for 1.5 hours per night, 7.5 hours per week and will increase to 2 hours per night and 10 hours per week during an outage. (Outages are typically 2/4 x a year but can be more or less)
Working days are Mon- Fri, the working start time is flexible and can be at anytime after 4pm
Main responsibilities and tasks:
●The duties ofpost holder will usually include the following:
●To be responsible for all cleaning within the building and portal cabins and toilet outside.
●To use all the cleaning materials as provided.
●To follow cleaning plans and cleaning standards as provided.
●Replenishing consumable items ( toilet rolls, paper towels) as required
●Reporting defects / hazards as required Such other duties as may be allocated
