Summary
Tutor of Painting and DecoratingRef: 2526/137Hours: 23.13 per week (15 teaching hours)Salary: Up to £43,408 pro rata per annum* (subject to experience and qualifications). You may also be eligible to claim a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £5,000**Plus generous benefits, including: • 57 days annual leave per year pro rata (including bank holidays and efficiency closures)• Teachers' Pension Scheme • Financial support towards teacher training course fees if you do not have a recognised L5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) - worth up to £7,000 over two years*Progression beyond point 12 of the salary scale (£40,407) is subject to Tutors obtaining QTLS. Staff with Advanced Teacher Status (ATS) via the Society for Education and Training (SET) are eligible to receive an enhanced salary of £44,875- ask us for further details** Eligible FE teachers can claim a targeted retention incentive payment.
