Summary

The Student Experience Directorate is one of the largest Professional Services departments in the University, compromised of a diverse range of teams who share the same passion for enhancing our students' experiences and supporting their wellbeing. We are looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join the Taught Programme Administration team in the Faculty of Environmental and Life Sciences. You will work closely with the Senior Administrative Officer, Team Leader, Academic Leads and other colleagues to ensure effective and professional support resolving queries from students and academics. You will also support the day-to-day administration of the Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LI CBT) programmes, helping to coordinate assessments and manage key student and programme processes across the academic cycle.

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively and with excellent attention to detail. You will be well organised and adaptable taking a proactive approach in reviewing processes and practices. Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. It is desirable that candidates have experience of working with large data sets.

This is an entry level role in higher education administration that would suit an individual in the earlier stages of their career, or an individual with relevant experience, seeking to make a career change into the higher education sector.
