Summary

Join our friendly team as a Senior Administrative Assistant at our busy day service Locks Heath Keystone, where we provide support for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities.

As an integral part of our small supportive team, you’ll provide efficient and high-quality business support to the Day Opportunities Manager, Deputy and Team Leaders who collectively make up the management team within the day service.


What you’ll do:

• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
• Based in reception, act as first point of contact for all visitors and staff.
• Build and establish positive working relationships with staff and residents.
• Resolve queries and escalate complex queries where required.
• Data checking and monitoring, including working with spreadsheets.
• Managing petty cash.
• Stock ordering and stock control.
  
What we’re looking for:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Team player with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills.  
• Resilient and adaptable to changing demands, remaining calm and professional.
• Good IT skills, especially MO365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and willing to develop these further.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Shows patience, compassion, and empathy in all interactions. You’ll treat service users with dignity and respect.
