About the Role:
As a Senior/Associate Sustainability Consultant, you will lead projects that integrate sustainability into building design and operations. Your expertise will shape strategies that enhance environmental performance and promote sustainable practices across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of BREEAM assessments.
• Conduct whole life carbon and embodied carbon analyses for construction projects.
• Advise clients on circular economy principles and sustainable design.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated sustainability solutions.
• Develop sustainability strategies and action plans tailored to client needs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on sustainability best practices.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on BREEAM.
• Expertise in whole life carbon and embodied carbon assessments.
• Strong understanding of circular economy principles.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
• 5+ years' experience with energy modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with BREEAM and other sustainability frameworks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• BREEAM Accredited Professional or similar certification preferred.
