Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM
OR
Monday to Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Pay: £12.71, regular pay reviews and skills-based increases available

Role Overview
The primary purpose of the role is to manufacture components required for log cabins, working alongside a team of people who are also working on the product. You will be responsible for maintaining the high level of quality the company expects in every log cabin that is delivered to a customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce components required for log cabins and other garden building in accordance with SOPs
- Working to daily plan of designs using machinery (AMD, saws, nail guns, handheld tools) to meet delivery schedules
- Preparing components including glazing of timber doors and windows, fitting out door ironmongery (locks, handles, etc.)
- Picking and packing of log cabin components, ensure products are labelled correctly
- High attention to detail in all parts of the production and packing processes
- Quality control, ensure the end product meets our market-leading quality criteria
- Keeping work areas tidy and any other duties required by the Company
- Working independently to meet targets and working as part of the team
- Compliance with health and safety policy and procedure
- Use of machinery (FLTs, pallet trucks, etc.) to move large components around the site and yard
