You will support the planning, preparation and delivery of engaging provision, working with children through both adult-led and child-initiated activities.Qualifications and SkillsA minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and MathsA Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualificationExperience of working within an EYFS or primary settingExperience supporting learning to achieve positive outcomesStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaborativelyA caring, patient and empathetic approachA genuine passion for Early Years education Fluency Duty
