Summary


An exciting opportunity for a clinical lead who wants to specialise in perinatal mental health and be part of our dedicated specialist team.
Your role will be providing that experience, knowledge and support to the nursing team, focusing on the quality of clinical care provided. As part of the wider MDT this includes triaging referrals and supporting junior staff to do the same. Improving the quality of care through supervision and audit will be important aspects of the role.

The successful candidates will receive appropriate specialist perinatal training. The shift pattern on the Mother and Baby Unit is three long days three weeks a month and one four long day week. All staff are expected to rotate onto night shift.
