Summary


We are excited to be able to advertise for a Clinical Audit Facilitator to work in the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team within the Medical Directorate.

We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual who is looking for their next challenge. We are looking for applicants with experience of working within the health service and data management.

You will have a proven record of accomplishment working with a team.

The post holder will have significant experience in analysing healthcare data and trend analysis. The post-holder will work alongside an additional Mortality review practitioner and report to the Learning from Deaths Manager.

Work as part of the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team specialising in the development, implementation and evaluation of a nationally recognised mortality review methodology across the Trust localities; be instrumental in providing learning from deaths evidence to support the implementation of quality Improvement projects across the organisation in partnership with clinical/practitioner and managerial colleagues, service users and external partners .
