The second provides temporary accommodation and support for individuals preparing for independent living or requiring emergency housing provision.

Working as part of a small, supportive, and dynamic team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support, managing complex cases, and helping individuals move towards stability and independence.

  • Deliver high-quality support and housing management in line with organisational policies
  • Develop individualised support and move-on plans for clients with complex needs
  • Work closely with partner agencies including healthcare services, housing providers, and social services
  • Support clients to move towards suitable long-term accommodation within agreed timeframes
  • Facilitate activities and engagement opportunities to build confidence and independent living skills
  • Manage and maintain Housing Benefit claims
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal IT systems
  • Attend and represent the service at multi-agency meetings
  • Respond to challenging situations and follow safeguarding procedures where necessary
  • Support new staff and contribute positively to the wider team environment
