We are currently recruiting for an Empty Property Officer to join our very busy New Customers team. Our aim is to provide our customers a positive journey at a stressful time. We want our customers to recommend us to everyone they know and become the landlord of choice.

What could you be doing?

As an Empty Property Officer, you will be responsible for liaising with suppliers, internal stakeholders and colleagues to ensure properties are let without delay, in adherence to company policy and procedures.

You will provide an efficient and responsive service for operational colleagues through the marketing of the organisation's available properties, whilst also ensuring team KPI's are met.

This is a home-based role; however, there is a requirement to travel into the office at least once a month for team meetings and training. Our offices are in Worcester and Solihull, so candidates will ideally be based in the Midlands and have the ability to be able to commute to offices are required.

What are we looking for?

-Experience within a Lettings or Marketing role within the Housing sector would be preferred, however candidates with other experience within a Housing environment may also be considered.

-You will be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with Local Authority partners, internal colleagues and external suppliers via MS teams, phone and email.

-You will have a knowledge of property and marketing software.

-An eye for detail and the ability to bring flair to the role to market our available properties in the most successful way.

-As this is a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

-The ability to be able to work effectively in a team environment, whilst working from home is paramount.

-Basic DBS check is required for this role.
