Summary
Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
Experience NOT required as FULL INDUCTION & TRAINING provided.
FULL-TIME (30-36hrs) & PART-TIME (16-24hrs) POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Applicants must be available to work Monday-Sunday, 4 or 5 days per week on a 2 week rota basis with one weekend on/one weekend off.
Start times from 7.30am. Finish times up to 10pm.
The Role:
Is varied, enjoyable and rewarding. Working in and around Solihull providing support to vulnerable adults in their own homes and on community based activities. Predominantly working on a 1:1 basis (after completion of induction), you will form part of each individuals existing, small, dedicated care team. Working in a fully person-centred way, following individually tailored support plans to ensure that everyone who receives support from us is supported to gain maximum independence, feels genuinely cared for and is supported to achieve their short term and long term goals.
You will provide support with all aspects of daily living including (but not limited to) planning & attending social activities, managing personal care tasks, domestic tasks including housework, shopping, meal preparation and cooking, assisting with and attending appointments.
Opportunity to acquire NVQ level 2 and/or 3 after successful completion of probation period.
