What you'll be responsible for?
As a Communications Manager you'll create and deliver communications plans across both contracts, including newsletters, awards submissions, media activity and social content, while collaborating with operational teams to identify and share compelling stories.
Your day to day will include:
-Leading on proactive and reactive communications for both contracts, creating content across a variety of channels including social media accounts
-Being the first point of contact for the client communications team, managing all external communications including media statements, press releases and case studies
-Creating and delivering the awards schedule, drafting key submissions that showcase our work
-Building key relationships across the contracts to support you with gathering stories for promotion
-Improving employee engagement across the contracts through internal communications channels, including weekly and monthly newsletters, digital screens and face-to-face briefings

This role of Communications Manager is ideal if you:
-Have proven experience in a similar communications role, with excellent writing skills and the ability to make complex information accessible to different audiences
-Are a strategic thinker and collaborator with experience delivering communications and customer strategies
-Have strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
-Can project manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure with pace and energy
-Hold a full driving licence
