Summary


A unique opportunity has arisen for an Operational Support Manager to help lead community services within our Mental Health Division.The post will work within our community mental health services based in our three integrated Hubs across the city.

The successful candidate will play a leading role in operationally supporting the Early Intervention Psychosis Clinical Group as well as a range of system change projects. You will also be supporting the operational management of a defined portfolio of services within services, supporting operational performance and quality outcome measures of these services by working alongside clinical leads.

You will offer high quality and visible leadership and form effective working relationships internally alongside colleagues and professional leads, to establish collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a clear role in maintaining operational standards, improving outcomes andprioritisingexperience for service users, families and carers. In turn you will work within a supportive environment which promotes personal and professional development and receive regular support, supervision, and appraisal.

• Support the Operational Manager and Service Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the Early Intervention in Psychosis service.
• Line manage the EI administrative team, ensuring effective coordination of administrative processes.
• Monitor service activity, waiting lists and performance data to support delivery of local and national targets.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues, resolving day-to-day service and administrative challenges.
• Support audits, quality improvement work and operational projects within the service.
• Work closely with clinicians, administrators and operational colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
