Duties:
- Stripping, repairing, and refitting vehicle panels to a high standard
- Assessing damage and preparing accurate repair estimates
- Carrying out repairs in line with industry safety standards
- Working efficiently within deadlines to complete repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
- Communicating clearly with colleagues and clients about repair progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a busy workshop environment
- NVQ Level 3 or ATA accreditation is essential
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship expected
- Good understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
- Organisational skills and a commitment to quality work
