Paint Sprayer Required, in Hoddesdon
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Paint Sprayer, based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a reputable organisation committed to quality and professional development. Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £24 per hour
- Guaranteed 45 hours per week, with potential overtime on Saturdays paid as additional hours
- Monday to Friday working week, starting at 7.30am

- Attractive earning potential with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately £65,000 per annum including overtime

Duties:
- Applying primer, base coats, and clear finishes in compliance with project specifications
- Preparing vehicles and surfaces prior to painting
- Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
- Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations
- Recording work accurately and completing necessary documentation
- Supporting team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive or related industries
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Good organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable and dedicated to delivering consistent results
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
