Summary

Come and join our Service Delivery Team, as a Deputy Technical Services Officer, you will assist the Service Delivery Officers in the day-to-day management of information, you will be required to carry out project work and deal with complex queries. Additionally, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks to support all the services within Environmental Services. You will work in a busy environment dealing with a number of enquiries from a range of sources.



You should be able to multitask and handle changing priorities, and any previous experience of working with a case management system would be an advantage.



You should also be fully familiar with data protection and the use of MS Office/Office 365. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as youand#39;ll be communicating with service users, members of the public, and external organisations via a range of communication methods

The Service Delivery Team are flexible and responsive and there will be opportunities to develop and gain experience of the service.



The Environmental Services team delivers an essential 24/7 365 day a year service. You will be required to work flexibly to meet demand which could include some weekend and evening work.
