The Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support pupils learning at Grampound Road CofE Primary School.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, working closely with teachers to help pupils access the curriculum and develop confidence in their abilities. A nurturing and patient approach is essential, particularly when supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role involves helping to create engaging learning experiences, encouraging independence, and providing additional support where needed so that every child can thrive.
The individual we welcome into this role will be positive, organised and hardworking, with strong communication skills and the ability to build supportive relationships with pupils, staff and families. A commitment to inclusion, teamwork and continuous reflection on practice will be key to success in this role.
