The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business based in West Bromwich.

Pay & Shift Details

• Hourly Rate: £14.90 - £16.47 (depending on experience)

• Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

  • Morning Shift: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00

  • Afternoon Shift: Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 13:00-20:00

️ Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate press brakes and associated equipment

• Manufacture parts efficiently to meet production targets

• Monitor output rates and report performance issues

• Take ownership of product quality and ensure standards are met

• Maintain accurate production and quality records

• Uphold workplace organisation standards (5S)

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Follow all health & safety procedures

• Carry out additional duties as required

• Proven experience and strong knowledge of press brake operation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
