Summary
The Community Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care will: Lead on the assessment, planning and delivery of a consistently high standard of person centred specialist palliative care Lead on the coordination and day-to-day management of the service in order to ensure a consistently high standard of service provision Develop and maintain good working relationships with the multidisciplinary team internally and externally to the organisation Lead on and support service developments Act in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct Act in accordance with the organisations values and clinical strategy Demonstrate the core competencies of the CNS which are Clinical; Education; Leadership; and Audit and Research
