We are looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our growing team. As a home care worker you will support people in their own homes to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Your role will include assisting with personal care, daily routines, medication, companionship, and helping people stay connected to their community.
this is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be making a real difference to peoples lives while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you support. due to the nature of the role and travelling between clients' homes you must have access to your own transport ( car, moped or similar) and hold a valid UK driving license.
