Summary
We're looking for an experienced and people-centred leader to head our People Services Centre (PSC). This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely and efficient HR services across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to retirement and leavers.
You'll lead a dedicated team, champion continuous improvement, and help shape a modern, responsive HR service that supports colleagues across the organisation.
The successful candidate for this role will be vetted at level Staff RV. This means the individual will need at least 3 years worth of residency in the UK.
