Hays Education is working closely with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in the Blackburn area to recruit an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for an immediate start. This position is to cover a staff absence and will run on a long-term basis, with the genuine potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role
As the Year 4 class teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders
- Assess, track and report on pupil progress
- Build strong relationships with pupils and families
