Summary
Providing clinical leadership and oversight for the ENT service Supporting the development and continuous improvement of clinical care pathways Supporting GPs with Extended Roles (GPwER) in ENT, including mentoring, teaching and participation in annual appraisal processes Participation in clinical governance, audit and research activity relevant to the ENT service Supporting service development and maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient care Working collaboratively with operational and clinical teams across the organisation
