Summary
The post holder provides expert guidance to line managers/team leaders and senior management. To contribute to the overall success of the HR agenda in delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service across WellBN by providing effective support, guidance and advice to line manager/team leaders and staff members on a wide range of HR matters, such as employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and the delivery of key projects.
