Our client, a reputable and long-established vehicle accident repair centre in Brighton, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. With over 100 years of service excellence, they have built a strong reputation for quality repairs and outstanding customer service within East Sussex and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to develop their career within a well-resourced workshop environment, providing essential support to customers and contributing to the success of a reputable local business.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary, starting at approximately £32,000, negotiable based on experience
- Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 – 17:30

Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the repair process
- Assess and document vehicle damage and repair requirements accurately
- Provide clear and professional communication with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Generate accurate repair quotes and cost estimates
- Schedule workshop appointments and coordinate repairs efficiently
- Process all necessary paperwork, invoices, and administrative tasks
- Liaise effectively with insurance companies and parts suppliers
- Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an automotive service, parts department, or similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic understanding of vehicle repair processes (not essential but advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proximity to Brighton or willingness to commute
- Right to live and work in the UK
