We are currently recruiting for a Senior MEP Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 building services contractor, supporting a major long-term healthcare programme across London and the South East.

This is a key leadership role within a high-profile, multi-project framework, offering the opportunity to deliver technically complex schemes within a secure and growing pipeline of work.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of MEP packages on large-scale healthcare projects, managing teams through pre-construction and delivery phases, and ensuring successful project outcomes across programme, quality, and commercial performance.

The business is entering a significant growth phase, with substantial secured work and additional frameworks coming online, making this an excellent time to join and progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MEP project delivery from pre-construction through to completion

  • Manage multidisciplinary teams across design, commercial, and site functions

  • Drive programme, quality, and commercial performance

  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

  • Support and develop junior members of the team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager within a Tier 1 contractor environment

  • Strong background delivering large-scale projects (healthcare experience preferred)

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project delivery

  • Long-term career mindset with ambition to progress

What's on Offer

  • Flexible working (particularly during pre-construction and design phases)

  • Performance-related bonus and share scheme

  • Above-market pension contribution

  • Private medical cover (including family)

  • Car allowance and travel expenses

  • Structured learning and development programmes

  • Clear progression pathways within a growing business

  • Strong team culture with low staff turnover and regular career reviews

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering critical infrastructure projects, with long-term security and genuine career progression.
