We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from initial scoping through to handover across a key account.

This role requires a strong client-facing approach, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders while maintaining high standards of compliance, delivery and reporting.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable shaping project pipelines, developing initiatives, and working collaboratively across commercial, technical and operational teams.

With the freedom to propose and create new projects, this role suits someone proactive, commercially aware and confident managing both M&E and fabric-related works.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects across the NWG account from inception to completion.

Scope and survey works, translating client briefs into clear schedules of work.

Work with commercial teams on pricing, bids and producing project cost plans.

Manage full project delivery including supply chain, documentation, handover and warranty stages.

Ensure full Health & Safety compliance and CDM responsibilities across all projects.

Maintain accurate financial management and reporting, including full P&L responsibility for regional projects.

Liaise with clients on planning, risks, opportunities, change control and project status.

Support the Head of Projects in implementing consistent project governance, reporting and standards.

Analyse and maintain risk registers and support in addressing in-service related issues.

Drive pipeline growth and support business development initiatives.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience operating at Senior PM level within M&E or building maintenance, ideally corporate/commercial environments.

Strong CDM knowledge and experience.

Professional understanding of RIBA stages or similar project frameworks.

Experience managing projects valued £1.5m–£3m.

Demonstrable Health & Safety compliance management.

Experience estimating project costs and producing professional tender documentation.

Strong IT literacy, including MS Office, MS Project and Monday.com.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of statutory requirements within the construction sector.

Must hold a full driving licence for regional travel.
