Summary
We are looking for a Housing Services Coordinator to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred services to our residents across Swansea and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and partners, providing excellent customer service, managing enquiries, solving problems, managing housing needs and making sure people feel safe, supported and heard. Contract: 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, Permanent
Salary: £29,849 per annum

About the Role
As a Housing Services Coordinator, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and practical support to tenants every day. You’ll handle a variety of enquiries—from repairs and rent questions to housing applications—working to resolve issues quickly and professionally. You’ll also manage a patch of properties, support allocations, help tenants sustain their homes, and work closely with Housing and Property Services teams to keep services running smoothly.
You’ll use good judgement, strong communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset to prioritise requests, maintain accurate records, assess repair needs, and ensure residents receive the right help at the right time. This is a vibrant, people‑centred role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, problem‑solving and making a real difference in the community.
About You
As a Housing Services Coordinator, you will bring:
Experience in a housing or front‑facing customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and respond effectively.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Confidence using IT systems and handling information accurately.
A collaborative, resilient and flexible approach.
A commitment to equality, inclusion and putting tenants at the heart of your work.
