Role: Property Services Administrator
Contract: 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, Permanent
Salary: £26,897 per annum
Location: Swansea
We do not offer sponsorship

About the Role
As our Property Services Administrator, you’ll play a key part in turning around empty homes, coordinating inspections, contractor visits, safety checks and updates—keeping everything running smoothly and on time.
You’ll also:
Support our wider Property Services team with customer enquiries, complaint logging.
Record‑keeping and day‑to‑day admin.
Regularly liaise with colleagues, surveyors, contractors, tenants and other stakeholders.
Above all, you’ll deliver a friendly, solutions-focused service that reflects our values of kindness, trust, innovation and accountability.

Experience in a customer-centred administrative environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail with accurate record keeping
Confidence using multiple IT systems
