Summary
Looking for either an experienced motor vehicle service advisor, or an assistant willing to be trained.
Skills required - excellent customer service, ability to learn new systems. Basic computer skills, good telephone manner, interest in motor vehicles/mechanical. Answer telephone, communicate with customers. Open job cards as customers arrive. Use of customers portals to load information for costs approval. Email documents to customers - upload documents to customers portals. Invoice jobs when authorised. Full training can be given.
