What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted English support (KS3 & KS4) as a dedicated English Teaching Assistant
• Planning and leading creative small-group interventions to boost reading and writing
• Assisting with planning, marking, and classroom management alongside specialist teachers
• Identifying and addressing individual student barriers to learning
• Championing literacy, confidence, and engagement for every learner
