We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Painting & Repairs Supervisor to join our team and be responsible for the supervision and coordination of painting, repairs and maintenance activities across a range of sites. The role ensures all works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme, within budget and to high-quality standards in line with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, CDM regulations, and contractual requirements.
As a working Supervisor you will support site teams, manage subcontractors, monitor resources, and contribute to training and development across the service.
We are looking for someone who has a valid CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one), SSSTS Qualification, a full driving licence and the ability to pass a basic DBS check.
