In this position, you will:
• Deliver individual and small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs
• Assist children with Autism, ADHD, and communication challenges to access learning
• Help pupils stay focused, engaged, and confident during lessons
• Use positive behaviour approaches to support emotional regulation
• Build trusting relationships that support wellbeing and self-esteem
• Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans
You'll play a key part in creating a classroom environment where every pupil feels supported, understood, and able to succeed.
We're keen to hear from individuals who:
• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Are patient, calm, and resilient in their approach
• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS (or are willing to obtain one)
• Are available full-time with an immediate start
• A full-time role with long-term potential
• Opportunity to transition into a permanent position
