SEND Teaching Assistant

- £90 - £105 per hour (dependent on experience)
Support pupils with a range of needs, including:
- Autism (ASC) - promoting social communication
- Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)
Your Responsibilities:
- Work one-to-one or in small groups to support learning
- Assist with IEPs and personalised learning plans
- Support social, communication, and independence skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists
Essential Job Requirements:
- Experience supporting SEND pupils
- Knowledge of SEND strategies
- Patient, adaptable, and proactive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
