This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with additional needs. The school supports pupils with a range of special educational needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties, and provides a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons adapted to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
- Differentiate learning to support students with a range of abilities and learning styles.

- Strong classroom management skills and a patient, supportive approach.
- A passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
What the School Offers:
- A supportive and collaborative staff team.
- A well-resourced learning environment tailored to SEN students.
- Opportunities for professional development and training in SEN.
- The chance to make a genuine impact on students' education and wellbeing.
If you are a committed English Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a specialist setting, we would love to hear from you.
What Educato offers:

- Free access to high-quality CPD and safeguarding training
- Personal support from a dedicated recruitment consultant
- Opportunities for long-term and permanent placements
Safeguarding Commitment:
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (child workforce), references, and compliance with KCSIE (2024) and safer recruitment guidelines. Overseas police checks may be required for candidates who have lived or worked abroad. Educato Limited is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and candidates to share this commitment. We act as an employment business for this vacancy.
